RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE
2 EXECUTION OF A SUB-GRANT WITH THE INLAND MANPOWER ASSOCIATION
WHEREBY THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO WILL OPERATE THE TITLE VI PUBLI
3 SERVICE EMPLOTI1ENT PROGRAM FOR THE PERIOD OF APRIL 1, 1979 THROUGH
SEPTEMBER 30, 1979.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino or his

designee is authorized and directed to execute a sub-grant be-
8
tween the City of San Bernardino and the Inland Manpower Associa-
9
tion to permit the operation of a CETA Title VI Public Service
10
11
Employment Program during the period of April 1, 1979 through
. September 30, 1979, involving a total allocation of $1,'044,.632,
12
a copy of which is attached hereto, marked exhibit "A" and in-
13
corporated herein by reference as fully as though set forth at
14
15
length.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
