2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING RESOLUTIO
NO. 8234 ENTITLED IN PART "A RESOLUTION . . . ESTABLISHING PARKING
3 TIME LIMITATIONS UPON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS OR ALLEYS, OR
PORTIONS THEREOF. . ."; AND LIMITING PARKING TO TWO HOURS BETWEEN
4 8:00 A.M. AND 5:00 P.M. IN.THE CENTRAL CITY OFF-STREET PARKING
AREA LOCATED BETWEEN FOURTH AND FIFTH STREETS AND BETWEEN "D"
5 AND. "E" STREETS.
6 BE IT RESOLVED BY 'THE MAYOR AND COHMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS ~OLLOWS:

SECTIO~ 1. Resolution No. 8234. Section One Subsection

(5.5) (c) is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2." Resolution No. 82~4 Section Two is hereby

amended by adding the~e~o Subsecti6n (1) to read as follows:
"(1) CENTRAL CITY OFF-STREET'PARKING AREA.

.~ (a) Off-stre'et parking lot known as Parking District
14 Lot No. 2 located between Fourth Street and Fifth Street and
15 between "D" Street and "E" Street, applicable only to the first
16 28 spaces easterly of 1 handicapped space and 1 loading space
17 adjacent to "E" Street; the first 17 spaces west of and
18 adjacent to "D" Street, except the handicapped space south
19 of the access road and west of the first isle."

SECTION 3. Resolution No. 8234 Section Five is hereby
21 repealed.
