CREATING AND ESTABLISHING POSITIONS FOR THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY ,OF SAN BERNARDINO 3 . . ."; ABOLISHING CERTAIN POSITIONS, CREATING CERTAIN POSITIONS; INCREASING AND DECREASING THE NUMBER OF CERTAIN POSITIONS: AND CHANGING POSITION TITLES IN 4 ACCORDANCE WITH PERSONNEL ACTIONS AND BUDGETARY AUTHORIZATIONS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED BY THE LEGISLATIVE BODY. 5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO 6 AS FOLLOWS: 7 SECTION 1.
