RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PUBLIC PROJECT, TO-WIT: THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWER IN SIERRA WAY 'AND CLUSTER STREET. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO that Mike Masonovich Construction Company, hc., is the lowest responsible bidder for the construction of a public project, to-wit: The Construction of a sewer in Sierra Way and Cluster Street, in accordance with Specification No. 5204; that all other bids therefor are hereby rejected; that the contract therefor is h~reby awarded to said bidder; and that the Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is hereby directed to execute said contract, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference as fullY,as though set forth at length.
