NANCE N0. 2449, ENTITLED IN PART "AN ORDINANCE APPROVING
3 THE CIVIL SERVICE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE BOARD
. . ."; APPROVING RULE 314 RELATING TO VETERANSi PREFERENCE AND
4 REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 821 SECTION 2603.
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The Civil Service Rules and Regulations of
7
the Civil Service Board of the City of San Bernardino duly adopted
8
by said Board on the 20th day of November, 1959, being Rules
9
100-608 inclusive, and amendments adopted subsequent thereto,
l0 each and every Rule and Regulation being on file in the Office ~
11
of the City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino, are hereby
12
approved.

SECTION 2, Ordinance No, 821 Section 2603 is hereby
14
repealed,
