2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE
"LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTP:IN
3 PARCELS OF LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which
~ reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within

I the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly

is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

! That portion of Lot 6, Block 59, of the City of
lll, San Bernardino, as per plat recorded in Book 7
' of Maps, page 1, records of said County, described
12I as follows:
13 Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 6;
thence east 50'feet, more or less to the north-
14 west corner of the parcel of land conveyed by
Joseph and Lany C. Knadler to A. P. Jones by Deed
15 dated May 24, 1902 and recorded in Book 318 of
Deeds, page 78; thence south along the west line
16 of the land so conveyed to said Jones, 150 feet
to the southwest corner thereof; thence we~t 50
17 feet to a point in the west line of Lot 6, Block
59; thence north along the west line of said Lot 6,
18 Block 59, to the point of beginning.
