HomeMy WebLinkAbout2951 5 6 7 8 9 10 111 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 1 ~~~ ORDINANCE NO. ,..,?~-17 2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN 3 PARCELS OF LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. 4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: PARCEL FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE (Petition No. 809) Those portions of Lots 8, 29, 30, 31 and 32, Mount Vernon Orange Grove and Fruit Company's Lands, in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 12 of Maps, page 16, records of said County, described as a whole as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the center lines of Muscott Street, (82.5 feet wide), and the center line of 19th Street (formerly known as Linville Street).,., 60 feet wide, as streets are shown on said maps; thence west along the center line of 19th Street, a distance of 760.06 feet to the true point of beginning; thence south and parallel with the center line of Muscott Street, a distance of 655 feet; thence east and parallel with the center line of 19th Street, a distance of 100.06 feet to the west line of Lot 6 of said Mount Vernon Orange Grove and Fruit Company's Lands; thence south along the west line of said Lot 6 and Lot 7 of said Mount Vernon Orange Grove Fruit Company's Lands a distance of 335 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 7; thence east along the south line of said Lot 7, a distance of 468.75 feet to a point which is 191.25 feet west measured along the south line of said Lot 7, from the center line of said Muscott Street; thence south par- allel with the center line of said Muscott Street a distance of 330 feet to the center line of 16th Street (formerly known as Central Avenue), 60 feet wide, as shown on said map; thence west along\the center line of said 16th Street, a distance' of 1099.75 feet to a point which is 1291 feet west from the center line of Muscott Street; thence north parallel with the center line of said Muscott Street, a distance of 1320 feet to the center line of said 19th Street; thence east along the center line of said 19th Street, a distance of 530.94 feet to the true point of beginning. Excepting therefrom all dedicated streets and rights of way. . SECTION TWO: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: PARCEL FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR (Petition No. 811) Parcel No.1: Lot 3, Jackson Subdivision (South side of 9th Street, west of Tippecanoe Avenue) From zone classification C-3A General Limited Commercial to C-M Commercial-Manufacturing District. Parcel No.2: All that portion of Lot 17, Block 43, Rancho San Bernardino, lying southerly of the Flood Control property and Lots 1,2, and 4 of Jackson Subdivision. (South side of 9th Street, west of Tippecanoe Avenue) From zone classification R-3-3000 Multiple Family Residential to M-lLight Industria11District.
