2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
3 OF LAND AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which

reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within
the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

PARCEL FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-THREE
(Petition No. 769)

Beginning on the east line of "J" Street,
150 feet South of the Southeast corner
of 9th and "J" Street; thence East 150';
thence South 114 feet, thence West 150
feet, to the East line of "J" Street,
thence North 114 feet to Point of Begin-
ning being a part of Lot 17, Block 18,
Rancho San Bernardino, recorded in Map
book 7, page 2, records of San Bernardino
County; also Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, II, 12, 13
and 14 of portion of Allen's second addition
recorded in Map book 8, page 8, records of
San Bernardino County.
(Generally located on the south side of
9th Street, between "J" and Harris Streets,
approximately 3.85 acres.)
From zone classification R-2 Two Family
Residential District to M-l Light Indus-
trial District.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
