THE MAYOR AIm CDIMOR COUNCIL OF mE CITY OF SAIl1 BlWfARDIIl10 DO OI.DllIl1 AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE: 'l11at Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby aaended by adding thereto the following: PARCEL FlYE HURDlED m&t.U-FOUR (Petition No. 747) The northerly 400 feet (7.2 acres) of the following described parcel of land: A portion of the South East 1/4 of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Bernardino as follows: Beginning at the North West corner of Rancho Avenue and Hill Street; thence North along the West line of Rancho Avenue to the South line of Chestnut Street, thence West along the South line of Chestnut Street 436.10 feet to the West boundary of Tract No. 5456; thence North 630.12 feet along the West line of Tract No. 5456 to an angle point, thence northerly 61.85 feet along said westerly line to a point in the South line of Tract 5457, thence westerly 43.60, along the boundary of said Tract 5457 to an angle point, thence northerly along the westerly line of said Tract 5457 to the North line of the South West 1/4 of the South East 1/4 of said Section 7, thence West along said North line 794 feet more or less; then South- westerly and parallel with the center line of Rancho Avenue 1000 feet; thence West parallel with the center line of Hill Street 100 feet, more or less; thence southerly and parallel with the center line of Rancho Avenue 295 feet more or less to the North line of Mill Street, thence East 1,425 feet, more or less to the point of beginning.
