HomeMy WebLinkAbout2545~ °~,~. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 lfi 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 ORDINANCE N0, ~~ "7~~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 199~ KNOWN AS THE 'LA USE ZONING ORDINANCE" RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND AND AMENDING TH~ ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY> THE MAYOR AND CONAION COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: S~CTION ONE: That Ordinance No, 1991, Section 27.2 which reclassifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: PARCEL THREE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT (Petition No. 581) Parcel 1: All that certain real property situate and being in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows: The North 110 feet of the West 80 feet of Lot 25, Block 21, Seven Acre Survey of the Rancho San Ber- nardino, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, records of said Countyo Parcel 2: All that certain real property situate and being in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows: That portion of Lot 25, Block 21, Seven Acre Sur- ` vey of The Rancho San Bernardino, as per plat re- corded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2, records of said ' County, described as follows: CONAlENCING at the intersection of the North line of llth Street and the West line of said Lot 25; thence North along said West line, 315 feet to the true point of be- ginning; thence continuing North to a point which is 110 feet south of the South line of Base Line Street; thence East parallel with the said South line, 80 feet; thence North parallel with the West line of said lot, 110 feet to the South line of Base Line Street; thence East along said South line to a point which is 107.4 feet West of the East line of said lot; thence South parallel to said East line 207.5 feet; thence West to a point 140 feet West of the East line of said Lot; thence South .05 feet; thence West 10 feet; thence South to a point which is 315 feet north of the North line of llth Street; thence West parallel to said North line of llth Street to the true point of beginning.
