BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Crest Chevrolet has offered a negotiated purchase price of $261,985.68 including tax pursuant to Section 3.04.070-1 of the Municipal Code for three (3) 2007 4WD Tahoe Command Vehicles. Pursuant to this determination the Director of Finance or her designee is hereby authorized to issue a purchase order to Crest Chevrolet of San Bernardino, in the amount of $261 ,985.68. SECTION 2. The Purchase Order shall reference this Resolution No.2007-22- and shall read, "Crest Chevrolet - Purchase of three (3) 2007 4WD Tahoe Command Vehicles, P.O. not to exceed $261,985.68" and shall incorporate the terms and conditions of the Contract. SECTION 3.
