BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Crest Chevrolet has offered a negotiated purchase price of $196,660.82 including tax pursuant to Section 3.04.070-1 of the Municipal Code for one (1) 2007 Pipe Hunter Truck Mounted Sewer Cleaner complete with Jet-Eye camera system. Pursuant to this determination the Director of Finance or her designee is hereby authorized to issue a purchase order to Crest Chevrolet of San Bernardino, in the amount of $196,660.82. SECTION 2. The Purchase Order shall reference this Resolution No.2007-.lL and shall read, "Crest Chevrolet - Purchase of one (1) 2007 Pipe Hunter Truck Mounted Sewer Cleaner complete with Jet-Eye camera system, P.O. not to exceed $196,660.82" and shall incorporate the terms and conditions of the Contract. SECTION 3.
