COUNCIL ACTION STAFF REPORT Plans for cleaning sewer siphons and lines, catdh blkins, and parkway culverts, have been prepared by the Enginlering Division and the project is ready to be advertised for !idS The project consists, in general, of cleaning sewer siphons .and ~ines at the six (6) locations shown on the attached ma: \'llso, parkway culverts on Base Line Street and Highland AVf:!nuEl, and catch basins on Highland Avenue.
