STAFF REPORT
On January 10, 1995 President Clinton provided a Presidential
declaration of emergency due to the winter stonns in January
1995 for the state of California. On January 11, 1995 Governor
Wilson declared San Bernardino County in the emergency areas to
be eligible for disaster funds. As a result of this declaration
the City is eligible for partial reimbursement of winter-stonn
related expenses.
The attached resolution needs to be adopted by Council prior to
any funds being granted.
