Hi Tracie,
Tracie, you have forgotten that you use to be one of them. Your harrassment techniques on the internet were
very effective on most of the newsgroups and e-groups you were involved in. Just remember, if they can't
handle the profanity, they will never be able to deal with the injustice. For all practical purposses, profanity is
a coward and operative filter. It is good to flush them out in the open early and expose them.
Remember this too. It's not the profanity that your handlers are afraid of. It's the fucking content. When
you start promoting proactive citizenship it gets their attention. Directing that activism tword cleaning up
corruption gets them worried but their asses are still protected with their corrupt courts. When you state a
hemp rope is a legitimate solution to rampant corruption (and you mean it) you are a legitimate threat.
The path to wrath, is injustice at intolerable levels and they definitely qualifY there. A hemp rope is a
populist solution to corruption if there ever was one. They banned the plant that will hang them.
I'm still looking for a publisher for the book. Do you have any ideas on a publisher for Drug War
Economics? I need one. If that is not a possibility then we need to develope a way to infect the net with the
book, TERRORIST STYLE.
On the domestic front. In 1994, I came out against the Drug War for two reasons. I) Personal exposure to
Drug War repression against my own family. 2) My research had exposed this war as an expanding domestic
covert operation with global agendas.
I was fighting for my family and my country when I went after this war in 1994. Part of the divorce process
is finding out that the family was not really worth saving and Maureen had sold it out a long time ago. I have
a gut feeling this country or the citizens aren't worth saving either. The sheeple deserve to be slaughtered.
I found out over the last month that my soon to be x-wife, Maureen, cut a deal with the DOJ and sold out the
marrriage when she got hired on as a teacher in San Bernardino. She lied on her application and did not
include her drug convictions or the child endangerment conviction in 1992. She was still on probation for the
child endangerment conviction until 1996. Failure to disclose this information is a felony if the teacher is
subsequently hired on. The DOJ does the background investigations of teachers in this state. The DOJ did
not pass this information on to Pacific High School, the School Board or file charges against her. I wonder
how many others they have placed in the schools, government and the medical profession. With over thirty
million Drug War Felons in this country, I would not be surprised ifhalfthe government was in that boat.
The DOJ now believes that they own her. Not even close, Maureen willleam how to use this relationship
with the DOJ to acquire real access to power in America. She is probably being trained for it as we speak.
She is ambitious, smart, good looking, dangerous and has no scruples. No wonder I was attracted to her.
That's how things really work in America.
The DOJ does the background investigations for teachers in the state. The DOJ also buries the criminal
records of their rats, which makes them far more effective and cooperative as an intelligence asset for the
government. They turned Maureen and now she is an asset for the fascists. I talked to Shirley, an investigator
and a possible asset as well about a plan for exposing this covert operation in the book. She was the only one
I mentioned this plan to. I have not heard from Maureen since discussing this plan with Shirley and found
out she has moved out ofthe area. Shirley cannot be trusted either. This looks like documentation for Drug
War Economics: The Machine Behind the Madness.
Sincerely, Jay Lindberg

DIVIDE AND CONQUER
New_ York Ronald Duchin, senior vice-president ofPR spy firm Mongoven, Biscoe, and Duchin is a
graduate of the U.S. Army War College who worked as a special assistant to the secretary of defense and
director of public affairs for the Veterans of Foreign Wars before becoming a flack. Activists, he
explained, fall into four categories: radicals, opportunists, idealists and realists. He follows a three-step
strategy to neutralize them: I) isolate the radicals; 2) "cultivate" the idealists and "educate" them into
becoming realists; then 3) co-opt the realists into agreeing with industry.
According to Duchin, radical activists "want to change the system; have underlying socio/political
motives [and] see multinational corporations as inherently evil...These organizations do not trust
the...federal, state and local governments to protect them and to safeguard the environment. They
believe, rather, that individuals and local groups should have direct power over industry... I would
categorize their principal aims right now as social justice and political empowerment."
Idealists are also "hard to deal with." They "want a perfect world and find it easy to brand any product or
practice which can be shown to mark that perfection as evil. Because of their intrinsic altruism, however,
and because they have nothing perceptible to be gained by holding their position, they are easily believed
by both the media and the public, and sometimes even politicians." However, idealists "have a
vulnerable point. If they can be shown that their position in opposition to an industry or its products
causes harm to others and cannot be ethically justified, they are forced to change their position...Thus,
while a realist must be negotiated with, a idealist must be educated. Generally this education process
requires great sensitivity and understanding on the part of the educator."
Opportunists and realists, says Duchin, are easier to manipulate. Opportunists engage in activism
seeking "visibility, power, followers, and perhaps, even employment...The key to dealing with [them] is
to provide them with at least the perception of a partial victory." And realists are able to "live with
trade-offs; willing to work within the system; not interested in radical change; pragmatic. [They] should
always receive the highest priority in any strategy dealing with a public policy issue...Ifyour industry can
successfully bring about these relationships, the credibility of the radicals will be lost and opportunists
can be counted on to share in the final policy solution,"
