Box 3177 San Bernardino, CA 92413 909.862.2416 BACKGROUND Faith Temple Apostolic Church, Inc. received approval of a Temporary Use Permit Application (TUP No. 00-26) for a church revival held on September 12-17, 2000. The event was held in a tent on a vacant lot adjacent to the church at 2361 E. Date Street. FINANCIAL IMPACT City departments provided services and/or required permits as follows: Planning Division Temporary Use Permit fee of$320. Requested fee refund is $320. Fire Permits are required for tents and canopies that are 400 square feet and larger. One tent was used for the church revival. Requested fee refund is $120.51. CONCLUSION The total fee refund requested is $ 440.51. RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that the fee refund be granted.
