On September 5, 1990, the Mayor and Common Council approved a salary
survey for the Middle Managers as part of their 18 month contract.

• STAFF REPORT
Attached is the revised salary resolution for mid-management
classifications. The revisions are based on a mid-management
salary survey conducted by Comp Plus.
The City and the union representatives have agreed upon a 10~
cap on all positions surveyed, through the end of this fiscal
year.
1. Those employees recommended for an increase of 10~
or less will receive their full step-to-step
increase, effective January 14, 1991.
2. Those employees recommended for an 11$ or greater
increase will receive a 10$ increase as of January
14, 1991, and the balance of their increase
effective the first pay period of July, 1991.
Another salary resolution will be submitted at the
end of the fiscal year reflecting these increases.
