CORPORATE AND POLI- TIC, FOR A PORTION OF "E" STREET, "0" STREET, COURT STREET, SECOND STREET IN 4 CENTRAL CITY. 5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: Section I. That the City of San Bernardino does hereby accept an Easelllent dated May 13, 1970 frOfll Tlie., Redevelopnent Agency of the City of San Bernardino, a public body, corporate and politic for a portion of "En Street, "0" Street, Court Street, Second Street in Central City to be used for street and hi ghway pur poses. Section 2. That a copy of said easelllent is attached hereto, marked Exhi bit "A" and referred to and made a pert hereof as fully as though set forth at length herein. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record said easement with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
