FISHEL AND BONNIE p. FISHEL, HUSBAND AND WIFE, FOR A PORTION OF HOLLY CIRCLE DRIIIE, EAST OF ORANGE AIlENUE. . BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: Section I. That the City of San Bernardino does hereby accept an Easement dated Hay I, 1970 from David K. Fishel and Bonnie P. Fishel, husband and wife, for a portion of Holly Circle Drive, East of Orange Avenue to be used for street and highway purposes. Section 2. That a copy of said easement is attached hereto, marked Exhibi t "A" and referred to and made a pilrt hereof as fully as though set forth at length herein. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record said easement with the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
