Carter, for a portion of Rialto Avenue, East of Meridian Avenue, to be used for street and highway purposes, being that real property situated in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of All that portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 7, Town- 11 ship I South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian lying North of the Southern 'CaIffornia Railroad (now known as 12 the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Rai Iroad) ri ght of way, de- scribed as followsl . 13 14 15 16 Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 7, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Rialto Ave- nue (also known, as Arrow Route) and the centerline of Meridian Avenue, thence-South along the centerline of said Meridian Ave- nue to the intersection with a line that is 44.00 feet South of and parallel with the East-West centerline of said Section 7; thence East along said parallel a distance of 300 feet; thence North and parallel with the centerline of said Meridian Avenue, to the intersection with a line that is parallel witb and 33.00 feet South of said East-West centerline; thence East along said last mentioned parallel line 100.00 feetJ thence South and par- allel with the centerline of said centerline of Meridian Avenue to the intersection with the first aforesaid parallel line; thence East along said parallel line to the Northwesterly right of way line of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad; thence North- easterly along said right of way line to the intersection with said East-West centerlineJ thence West along said East-West center- line to the point of beginning. , 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 Excepting therefrom any portion previously dedicated for street pur poses. . 24 25 And the same is hereby authorized for recordation. 261 27 28 29 30 31 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by AYES: Councilmen the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a Meting thereof held on the /gcrL. day of following vote, to-wit: 32 NOES: 7"~A~ I :i I I .... 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 . .
