ESTABLISHING A BASIC COMPENSATION PLAN . . ."; MODIFYING SAID PLAN, AND SETTING FORTH A COMPENSATION SCHEDULE FOR EACH POSITION. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, AS FOLLOWS: 6 SECTION 1. Resolution No. 6413, Section Nine, is hereby 7 amended to read as follows: 8 . "SECTION NINE: Classes of employment shall be compensated in 9 accordance with Section Eight hereof as set forth in the schedule, 10 as follows.
