" .. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 RESOLUTION NO. 86-524 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO APPROVING THE SALE OF A CERTAIN PARCEL OF PROPERTY AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF "G" STREET AND MILL STREET IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO TO SIMA PARTNERSHIP. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Recitals. A. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino ("Agency") proposes to sell to Sima Partnership, a California partnership, that certain parcel of property located at the 10 northeast corner of the intersection of "G" Street and Mill 11 Street in the City of San Bernardino, being identified as a 12 portion of Lot 10, Block 11, Rancho San Bernardino, as per map 13 14 15 recorded in Book 7, Page 2 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder for San Bernardino County, California, for the sum of $448,500 on the terms specified in a certain proposed Disposition 16 and Joint Development Agreement by and between the Redevelopment 17 Agency of the City of San Bernardino and Sima Partnership. 18 B. Notice of the time and place of the hearing has been 19 given as required by law. 20 23 24 25 26 27 28 fair market value of the interest to be conveyed by the Agency, determined at the highest use permitted for such property is $448,500. Based upon the representations 2 of the Agency, it is found and declared that the consideration 3 for the sale of the real property described above, in accordance 4 with covenants and conditions governing the sale, is not less 5 than the fair market value of the property determined at the 6 highest use permitted for such property. The terms and 7 conditions proposed for the sale are appropriate. 8 SECTION 3. Approval.
