RESOLUTION NO. 86-521
2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE WITH ALBERT M. GALLO
3 EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1986 FOR CERTAIN STRUCTURES LOCATED AT 1505
NORTH WATERMAN AVENUE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
5 CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
6 SECTION 1. The Mayor of the city of San Bernardino is
7 hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said
8 City a First Amendment to Lease with Albert M. Gallo,
9 effective July 1, 1986, extending the term for a five-year
10 period, for certain structures located at 1505 North Waterman
11 Avenue, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A"
12 and incorporated herein by reference as fully as though set
13 forth at length.
14 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
15 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San

FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE
(Fire station - Waterman and Gilbert)
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE, effective July 1, 1986,
is entered into between the CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, a
municipal corporation, hereinafter called "Lessor", and
ALBERT M. GALLO, hereinafter called "Lessee".
The parties agree as follows:
1. Recitals.
A. On July 7, 1975, Lessor and Lessee entered into
a ten-year lease for premises located at 1505 North Waterman
Avenue, San Bernardino.
B. Pursuant to the terms of the lease, Lessee has
the option of renewing the lease for an additional five-year
period for a total rent of $24,000.
C. Pursuant to said first option provisions,
Lessee desires to extend the lease for an additional five
years upon the same terms and conditions as contained in the
lease at a total rental of $24,000, payable in monthly
installments at the rate of $400 per month.
2 . Amendments.
A. The lease term is extended for an additional
five-year period, commencing July 1, 1986 and terminating
June 30, 1991.
B. The total rent for the five-year period shall
be $24,000, payable in monthly installments at the rate of

1 3. Other Provisions. All other terms and conditions of the
2 lease, as amended, shall remain the same and be in full force and
3 effect, except that this extension constitutes the exercise of the
4 first option period.
