A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO MAKING APPLICATION TO THE LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION OF THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO FOR THE ANNEXATION OF UNINHABITED TERRITORY LOCATED EAST OF CITY CREEK ROAD, NORTH OF HIGHLAND AVENUE, AND DETACHMENT FROM COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 38, IMPROVEMENT ZONE G OF CSA NO. 38, COUNTY SERVICE AREA NO. 70 AND IMPROVEMENT ZONE A OF CSA NO. 70. WHEREAS, the Common Council as governing body of the City of San Bernardino desires to initiate proceedings for the change of organization in accordance with Government Code Section 56195; NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council, governing body of the City of San Bernardino, does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows: SECTION 1. Application and a proposal is hereby made to the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Bernardino for the annexation of uninhabited territory located east of City Creek Road and north of Highland Avenue, and the detachment from County Service Area No. 38, Improvement Zone G of CSA No. 38, County Service Area No. 70 and Improvement Zone A of CSA No. 70, as outlined in the recorded Environmental Impact Report. SECTION 2. The Clerk of the governing body is hereby authorized and directed to file a certified copy of this resolution with the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of San Bernardino.
