BE IT i<ESOLVED BY THE V,AYOR AND COY;J\lON COUNCIL OF THE
5 CITY OF SAN BEl~NA..WINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino does hereby
accept an Easement from Marjorie M. Adams and Harriet S. Farley,
for a portion of Badger Hill Road, North of Kendall Drive, to be
used for street and highway purposes, being that real property
situated in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:
That portion of the Southeast one-quarter of
Section 17, Township 1 North, Range 4 West, San
Bernardino Meridian, if said Section lines were
extended across the Rancho Muscupiabe as per plat
thereof in Book 1 of Maps, page 24, records of the
County Recorder of San Bernardino County, State
of California, lying 50.00 feet on each side of the
following described centerline:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of
Kendall Drive as conveyed to the County of San
Bernardino by Deed recorded May 27, 1947 as docu-
ment number 256 in Book 2054, page 396, Official
Records of said County with the centerline of
~brgan Road as delineated on the Yap of Tract
3177 as per plat thereof recorded in Book 45 of
~aps, pages 59 and 60, records of the County Re-
corder of said County; thence North 370 20' 35"
East, a distance of 402.79 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Westerly and having a
radius of 938.00 feet; thence Northerly along the
arc of said curve through a central angle of
370 44' 05" a distance of 617.75 feet to its
intersection with the centerline of 42nd Street,
formerly "A" Street as conveyed to the County of
San Bernardino by Deed recorded June 7, 1935 in
Book 1067, page 114, Official Records of said
County, said point of intersection being North
890 44' 30" West along said centerline of 42nd
Street a distance of 371.94 feet from the East
one-quarter corner of said Section 17, and also
being the intersection of sd':ld centerline with the
Southerly prolongation of a line which is 50.00
feet West of, measured at right angles to and
parallel with the East line of parcel number 1 in
the Ileedto Jacob Y. lng, as Trustee, recorded May
17, 1960 as document number 118 in Book 5138, page
287, Official Records of said County, and the
point of termination.

EXCEPTING therefrom any portion thereof lying

Kendall Drive.

Also excepting therefrom any portion thereof lying
within that certain parcel of land conveyed to the
San Bernardino County Flood Control District by
Deed recorded April 30, 1940 in Book 1415, page 37,
Official Records of said County.
Note: The side lines of said Easement shall be
lengthened or shortened so as to begin and termi-
nate in the same lines as the centerline herein
described.

Note: Basis of Bearing for the above legal de-
scription is a bearing of North 600 26' West for
the centerline of Kendall Drive as per City Field
Notes on file in the City Engineers Office, San
Bernardino, California.

Reference is made to a Right of Way map on file in
the City Engineers Office, Plan No. 3195 for more
particulars.
And the same is hereby authorized for recording.
