FROM THE WATER FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND

A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING MONEY
OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO.
WHEREAS. under and by the provisions of Section 164 of the Charter of the City of San Bernardino.
it is provided "that the Common Council may, in its discretion, transfer from the Water Fund to the General
Fund no more than Ten (10%) per cent of the revenues of the Water Department during the preceding
month" and
Whereas, it is now the desire and wish of the Mayor and Common Council that such a transfer sholl be made.
NOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO, that Ten (10%) per cent of the revenues of the Water Department during the
month of.......JAWARY--h.............---. 19..65. be and the same are hereby transferred from the Water Fund to
the General Fund of the City of San Bernardino, which said Ten (10%) per cerU amourU to the sum of
