'. r ,-'f/ ('/ RESOLUTION NO:..:.:2 .r -r A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDME TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TRUSTEES OF THE CALIFORNIA STATE COLLEGES, THE STATE PUBLIC WORKS BOARD AND THE CITY OF SAN BER- NARDINO. 1': 5 BE IT RESOLVED BY T'"rlE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE 6 CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 7 8 9 SECTION ONE: That the City execute an Amendment to Agreement with the Trustees of the California State Colleges ti' and the State Public Works Board, pertaining to the providing < "' 10 of streets to and near the State College site. 11 12 referred to berein, a copy of which is attached hereto marked SECTION TWO: That the said Amendment to Agreement 13 Exhibit "A" and is hereby referred to and made a part"hereof 14 as fully as though set out at length herein, is hereby approved. 15 SECTION THREE: That the Mayor of the City of San Ber- ~. 16 nardino is hereby authorized and directed to execute said 17 Amendment to Agreement on behalf of the City of San Bernardino. 18 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly 19 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Ber- 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 to-wit: ~eeting thereof, held on the nardino at q ~~?'dday of ( , 1965, by the following vote, I AYES:~ ~&j;,,?~t - /14-)(.[-- ?
