SHAMEL, A MARRIED MAN, AN UNDIVIDED 1/12 INTEREST, FOR A PORTION OF OLIVE STREET, WEST OF MYRTLE DRIVE. I 2 3 . 4 5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 6 SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino does 7 8 hereby accept an Easement from Bert A.
