C. Transportation
Darren Kettle discussed recent 210/215 funding. SAN BAG is looking at Garvey
Bond to assist funding of 1-215 widening. Garvey Bond would be a back-up plan,
should appeal to California Transportation Commission (CTC) for upfront funding
fail. This would keep the projects on track. Upcoming Measure I renewal
approval by voters depends on having a positive solution for the 1-215 project.
Mayor Valles will join SAN BAG in testifying to the CTC.
