On or about July 15, 1975 in answer to a complaint, an inspection
was made on the above structure and premises, and substandard
conditions which shall include but not be limited to the following
were observed:
The building is open, vacant and damaged by fire. The foors and
windows are broken. The floors, ceilings rafters, studs and partitions
are 75% damaged by fire. The attached carport and patio damaged by
fire, and the debris scattered throughout the yard, causing an
additional fire hazard.
All such substandard buildings are hereby declared to be a public
nuisance and all such nuisances shall be abated by the repair,
demolition, or removal of such unsafe buildings by the proper
procedures and permits.
Ordinance #2291, section one, Uniform Building Code, Housing
1973 Edition, chapter 4, sec. 401 Nuisance, 1,2,7, Chapter 10,
substandard bUildings, sec. 1001, (a),(b), 1,3,5,6,10, and 13,(c)
4,5,6,7, (d), (e), (i).
