CLASSTFlRn GENERAL FUND 1. Police Officer. (Paramo. PatriclQ - Salary Adjustment POllCE Mr. Paramo's experience, training, education and past performance make him competitive with officers who apply as lateral candidates and who have been employed at Step 3. He has worked for the City of San Bernardino in the Police Department since November 1993, as a Crime Analyst. His experience in this position included working closely with police officers in the field, as well as probation officers and other criminal justice officials on a daily basis. Prior to his City employment, Mr. Paramo was employed by the County of San Bernardino as a Group Counselor in the Probation Department since 1987. Mr. Paramo's experience with the department included writing an ordinance relative to the Daytime Curfew Law contained in the Municipal Code. Mr. Paramo holds an Associate Degree from San Bernardino Valley College and a Bachelor's Degree from California State University, San Bernardino. He has received over 222 hours of training within the department before attending the academy. 15. Staff Analyst III. (Sutorus. Steven 1.) - Promotion SBETA This position is federally funded through the Job Training Partnership Act (ITPA) and has no impact on the General Fund. 16. Employment Intake Specialist NaSQJ.Iez.
