Coounittee's recommendatiOllS for the ReallocatiOll of 1995/19% Fiscal Year fimds and authorized the Mayor to submit
these projects as part of the amended Secood Year ActiOll Plan compooent of the COI\SOlidated Plan to the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development.

That the Mayor and CommOll Council of the City of San Bernardino accept these projects as part of the
COI\SOlidated Plan and authorize and direct the executiOll of a Community Development Block Grant
(CDBG) Funding Agreement between the City of San Bernardino and the corresponding Agencies.

Consolidated Plan Related Items
The Amended Second Year Plan was approved by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of
San Bernardino on October 21, 1996 and has been accepted by the U.S. Department of Housing
and Urban Development (HUD).
HUD requires that all environmental reviews be completed prior to any funds being committed, or
agreements executed. Staffhas received the completed environmental reviews on the group of
reallocation projects listed below and is now requesting authorization to execute standard CDBO
Agreements.
