Therefore, we recommend that the traffic signals at "E"
Street on Seventh Street be removed.
At their 12-12-96 meeting, the Traffic Safety Conni ttee
concurred with our recommendation.
Stop signs will be installed on the Seventh Street
approaches.
These signals were placed in flashing operation (yellow
on "E" Street) on 2-03-97. The intersection has operated well in
