Tract No. 15777-1 is a 36-1ot single family subdivision, and is the first phase of Tentative Tract No. 15777. The plans have been prepared and the final map is now ready to be recorded. A Certificate of Insurance will be filed in our office, and the prescribed fees will be paid.
