CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO - REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION STAFF REPORl' Plans for the improvement of Coulston Street (North Side), from Richardson Street to Curtis Street, and installation of a storm drain system in Richardson Street, from Davidson Street to Coulston Street, have been prepared, and the project is ready to be advertised for bids. The project consists, in general, of installing curbs and gutters, widening the pavement to provide 2 west-bound traffic lanes and sidewalk, driveway approaches, street lights and a storm drain system. Below is an estimate of the total project cost: Construction Contract Engineering & Inspection (W.O. #7038) Sub-Total Contingencies (15%)!
