STAFF REPORT
On June 23. 1993. Resolution No. 93-205 was adopted. making application to LAFCO for
annexation of the area generally Southeasterly of Devore Road. Southwesterly of Cajon
Boulevard.
The application incorrectly stated the area to be annexed as 1628 acres. This area was
the area originally proposed for annexation but was reduced to 1316 acres. The legal
description originally submitted also reflected the original proposal. The attached
resolution amends Exhibit "A" (application form) and Exhibit "C" (legal description)
of Resolution No. 93-205. making a technical correction. and we recommend that it be
adopted.
