'V'J:..:, , RESOLUTION NO. 84-372 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN INTENTION TO ORDER THE VACATION OF ARROWHEAD AVENUE; AND SETTING DATE BERNARDINO DECLARING ITS A PORTION OF "D" STREET AND FOR HEARING OF OBJECTIONS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino hereby declare their intention to order the vacation of a portion of "D" Street and Arrowhead Avenue, in said City, which said portion more particularly is described as follows: That portion of ND" Street and Arrowhead Avenue lying adjacent to Lot 19, Tract No. 2436, as per plat thereof recorded in Book 34 of Maps, page 91, records of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, State of California, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 19; thence North 00 15' 00" West along the Easterly line thereof, a distance of 43.68 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 160.00 feet, said point being the True Point of Beginning; thence Northwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 360 16' 57", a distance of 101.32 feet; thence North 720 59' 30" West along the Northerly boundary of said Lot 19, a distance of 72.63 feet; thence North 760 17' 45" West, a distance of 78.46 feet to the most Northerly corner of said Lot 19; thence South 820 32' 59" East, a distance of 160.66 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 20.00 feet; thence Southeasterly along said curve, through a central angle of 820 17' 59", a distance of 28.73 feet; thence south 00 15' 00" East, to the True Point of Beginning. SECTION 2. That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino, in vacating the above described portion of said street, elect to proceed under and in accordance with the provisions of the "Public Streets, Highways and Services Vacation Law", being Division 9, Part 3, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. SECTION 3. Bernardino, California, be, and the same hereby is fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation may appear before the said Mayor and Common Council and offer evidence in relation thereto. For further particulars as to the proposed vacation of the hereinbefore described portion of said street, reference is made to that certain map marked "Plan No. 6592" approved September 17, 1984, on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City. SECTION 4. That the City Engineer of the City of San Bernardino is hereby directed to cause Notices of Street Vacation to be posted as required by the "Public Streets, Highways and Services Vacation Law." SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution of Intention and shall cause the same to be published for 2 days in the Sun, a newspaper published and circulated in the City of San Bernardino, prior to the date of the above public hearing.
