'-,J,~-<:"-,~~-:'''''-'':'~': .~~"""'~~:'. /:":~':~~~;.~:i~ ;." /.~. , - ~ 10 11 12 13 J4 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 1 RESOLUTION NO. 84-359 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, A CORPORATION, OVER CITY OWNED PROPERTY 3 LOCATED AT LIONEL HUDSON PARK. 4 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 5 SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino execute a Grant of 6 Easement to Southern California Edison Company, a Corporation, for trans- 7 8 mission of electrical energy and appurtenant facilities. SECTION TWO: That the said Grant of Easement referred to herein, 9 a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and is hereby referred to and made a part hereof as fully as though set out at length herein, is hereby approved. SECTION THREE: That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of San Bernardino are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Grant of Easement on behalf of the City of San Bernardino.
