BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Johnson Rental Services is the Regional dealer for Caterpillar rubber tire equipment and is considered a sole source dealer for the purchase of a Caterpillar MT455B 4WD tractor I loader. Pursuant to this determination the Purchasing Manager is hereby authorized to issue a purchase order to Johnson Rental Services for said purchase in the total amount of $68,539.23. SECTION 2. The Purchase Order shall reference this Resolution No.2006-~ and shall read, "Caterpillar MT455B tractor I loader with Disc and Box Scraper" P.O. not to exceed $68,539.23 and shall incorporate the terms and conditions of the purchase order. SECTION 3.
