ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. (PETITION NO.
1141, LOCATED NORTH OF NINTH STREET WEST OF AND ADJACENT TO
TIPPECANOE AVENUE [NORTHERLY OF THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY FLOOD
CONTROL CHANNEL].)

II ifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the Cityl

I amended by adding thereto the real property described as follows: i

All that real property situated in the City
of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:

A portion of Lots 1, 2, and 3; Block 42,
Rancho San Bernardino, per plot recorded in
Book 7 of Maps, Page 2, records of San Bernar-
dino County described as follows: Beginning
at the northeast corner of said Lot 1, thence
west 1300 feet along the north line of said
Lots 1, 2, and 3 to a point on the east line
of San Bernardino Flood Control Channel thence
southwesterly along the east line of San Ber-
nardino Flood Control Channel through various
courses and angles 796.15 feet to a point, said
point being the confluence of said San Bernardino
County Flood Control Channel with the San
Bernardino County Flood Control Channel bearing
northeast and southwest, thence south 34 degrees
02 min. 57 seconds east 37.23 feet thence along
the north line of San Bernardino County Flood
Control Channel the following courses N70 degrees
06 min. 47 seconds E 125 feet thence N19 degrees
48 min. 57 seconds W19.24 feet thence north 70
degrees 06 min. 47 seconds East 1401.31 feet
to the west line of right-of-way of Tippecanoe
Avenue thence north 00 degrees 09 min. 41 seconds
East 265.90 feet to the point of beginning.

of and adjacent to Tippecanoe Avenue (northerly

The above change of zone is subject to the conditions
imposed by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino, at their meeting of March 17, 1980, as filed in the
10ffice of the City Cler~, City Hall, San Bernardino, California.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
