RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING RESO-
LUTION 6413 ENTITLED IN PART "RESOLUTION . . . ESTABLISHING A
BASIC COMPENSATION PLAN...." BY PROVIDING A PAY INCREASE FOR
THE PART-TIME HEADSTART CLASSES OF TEACHER/DIRECTOR FROM
$7.8600/HR. TO $8.2400/HR.; TEACHER FROM $7.2500/HR. TO
$7.5400/HR.; TEACHER AIDE FROM $4.3400/HR. TO $4.5700/HR. AND
TYPIST CLERK FROM $4.3400/HR. TO $4.5700/HR. EFFECTIVE RETRO-
ACTIVE TO SEPTEMBER 1, 1987; AND BY PROVIDING A PAY INCREASE
FOR THE PART-TIME POSITION OF SUMMER YOUTH SPECIALIST FROM
$6.2500/HR. TO $7.5000/HR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 6413, Section Thirteen is
amended to read as follows:
"SECTION THIRTEEN: Temporary/Part-Time Employees:
