RESOLUTION NO. 2006-105
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE
PURCHASE OF 74 MOTOROLA XTS 5000 PORTABLE RADIOS.
SECTION 1. That Motorola Inc. is a selected source provider of 800 MHz radios.
That the Mayor and Common Council authorize an exemption from the regular bid process in
accordance with Section 3.04.010, Section B.3 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and Common Council authorize the Purchasing
Manager to issue a purchase order for $216,603.00 to Motorola Inc., for the purchase of 74
Motorola XTS 5000 portable radios. Quote XTS5000MAR1306MB. The Purchase Order shall
reference the number of this resolution and shall read "74 Motorola XTS 5000 portable radios.
Motorola Quote XTS5000MAR1306MB. Not to exceed $216,603.00."
