RESOLUTION NO. 2006-104 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTION OF A QUITCLAIM DEED TO RICHMOND AMERICAN HOMES OF CALIFORNIA, INC., FOR ABANDONED WATERLINES LOCATED GENERALLY SOUTHWESTERLY OF NORTHP ARK BOULEVARD AND SOUTHEASTEASTERL Y OF CAMPUS P ARKW A Y. 5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said City, a Quitclaim Deed to Richmond American Homes of California, Inc., for abandoned waterlines located generally southwesterly of Northpark Boulevard and southeasterly of Campus Parkway in the City of San Bernardino, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit" I" and made a part hereof. Signature 2006-104 EXHIBIT "A" LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF QUITCLAIM OF WATERLINE EASEMENT Those portions of Sections 7 and 8, (unsurveyed), Township I North, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, being a portion of Parcel 3, Parcel Map Number 16307, per plat thereof recorded in Book 200 of Parcel Maps, pages 70 through 76, records of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, State of California, described as follows: PARCEL I A strip ofland, 15.00 feet in width, lying 7.50 feet on both sides of the following described centerline: Commencing at the northeasterly corner of Parcel 4 as shown on Parcel Map No. 16307, recorded in Book 200 of Parcel Maps, pages 70 through 76, Official Records of said County; thence South 68014'47" West, 29.09 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 54000'58" West, 566.66 feet. The sidelines of the above described land shall be extended and shortened to terminate in the north at the westerly line of Parcel 3 of said Parcel Map No. 16307, and in the south at the northerly line of Parcel 4 of said Parcel Map No. 16307. PARCEL 2 A strip ofland, 30.00 feet in width, lying 15.00 feet on both sides of the following described centerline: Commencing at the northeasterly corner of Parcel 4 as shown on Parcel Map No. 16307, recorded in Book 200 of Parcel Maps, pages 70 through 76, Official Records of said County; thence South 68014'47" West, 193.27 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 53016'19" West, 441.47 feet. The sidelines of the above described land shall be extended and shortened to terminate in the north at the westerly line of Parcel 3 of said Parcel Map 16307, and in the south at the northerly line of Parcel 4 of said Parcel Map 16307. PARCEL 3 The easterly 25 feet of Parcel 3 as shown on Parcel Map No. 16307, lying northerly of Parcel 4 of said Parcel Map No. 16307. 2006-104 PARCEL 4 A strip ofland, 15.00 feet in width, lying 7.50 feet on both sides of the following described centerline: Commencing at the northeasterly corner of Parcel 4 as shown on Parcel Map No. 16307, recorded in Book 200 of Parcel Maps, pages 70 through 76, Official Records of said County; thence North 64000'30" West, 844.13 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 53016' 19" West, 779.35 feet. The sidelines of the above described land shall be extended and shortened to terminate in the north at the northerly line of Parcel 2 of said Parcel Map No. 16307, and in the south at the easterly line of Parcel 3 of said Parcel Map No. 16307.
