,
A RESOLUTION OF THE RON. MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA, ACTING BY AND THROUGH THE BOARD OF WATER COM-
MISSIONERS, AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO.
WHEREAS, the City of San Bernardino, a municipal corporation, is
the owner of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino; and
WHEREAS, said parcel of real property has been declared as surplus
and approved for sale by a majority vote of the electorate of the City of
San Bernardino; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and CODDllOn Council of the City of San Bernar-
dino believe it to be in the best interest of the City that said parcel of
real property be sold for a cash amount representing fair value;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That, in accordance with the Charter of the City of
San Bernardino, the sale of the following described real property in the
City of San Bernardino is hereby approved:
County of San Bernardino, State of California:
That portion of the following described land which lays
Easterly of the Northeasterly line of the land conveyed
to the San Bernardino County Flood Control District by
Deed recorded October 16, 1972 as document number 819 in
Book 8041, page 1072, Official Records of said County.
That portion of Lot 8, Block 12 Rancho San Bernardino as
per plat thereof recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 2,
records of the County Recorder of said County, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 8; thence
West 350 feet; thence South 200 feet; thence East 200
feet; thence North 150 feet; thence East 150 feet;
thence North 50 feet to the Point of Beginning.
RESERVING unto the Grantor herein an easement for street
and highway purposes, in, over, under and across that
portion thereof included in the description in the docu-
ment recorded February 17, 1948, instrument number 842,
in Book 2149, page 211, Official Records of said County.
SECTION TWO: That the Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is hereby
authorized to execute the Grant Deed, and any other documents required to
transact the sale of this parcel of real property.
