Executive Director, Campal." for Human Development
o Major responsibilit) for overall management of grants, education, economic
development and promotion work of CHD.
o Developed and oversaw the completion of fuJI-scale assessment of organization.
o Developed and oversaw a Strategic Planning Process for the organization which
received the approval of the U.S. Catholic Bishops in November, 1988.
o Successfully directed efforts to move the organization to permanent status
within the United States Catholic Conference.

ning in relationship to work wi th low-income com munity groups.
