CITY OF SAN BERN()ADINO - REQUEST lOR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
o
From time to time parties having items on the Agenda of the
Mayor and Common Council request continuances to a later date.
Although the reasons for such continuances may be justified, each
time an item is placed on the agenda City costs are incurred in
Staff time, reproductions costs, notices, distribution, etc. It
seems appropriate that these costs should be borne by the party
requesting the continuances. The attached Ordinance and
Resolution would set that fee at $75.00.
