The survey shall compare salaries of the middle management classifications with like or similar classifications in other similarly situated municipalities. The total cost will be $7,200. The Comp Plus proposal meets the expectations set by SBPEA and the city. Previous background checks on Comp Plus found their staff assigned to this project were highly recommended.
