STAFF REPORT
The agreement with the San Bernardino Public Employees'
Association (SBPEA) provides for a salary survey by Comp
Plus. The survey shall compare salaries of the middle
management classifications with like or similar
classifications in other similarly situated municipalities.
The total cost will be $7,200.
The Comp Plus proposal meets the expectations set by SBPEA
and the city. Previous background checks on Comp Plus found
their staff assigned to this project were highly recommended.
The work they performed for the City during the manage-
ment/confidential compensation study was extremely
professional.

SECTION 1:
The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino is
hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of said

compensation study,
with Comp Plus for a middle management
a copy of which is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference as fully as
though set forth at length.

The authorization to execute the above-
referenced agreement is rescinded if the parties to the
