C. DISCUSSION OF ENVIRONMENTAL EVALUATION AND MITIGATION
MEASURES
1.g.
Edgehill Road lies within an area of known slide potential.
However, the proposal to vacate Edqehill Road will not result in
any additional development in the area. The purpose of the
vacation is to allow the community taking access from Edgehill
Road to become a gated community and i.prove security. Potential
impacts will be insignificant.
9.d.
Present circulation patterns in the area may be altered. Any
existing easements will be reserved for emergency, utility,
and other vehicular access reducinq potential impacts to a
level of insignificance.
