RE lJEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION STAFF REPORT Plans for the replacement of the decomposed granite walkways, in Phase I-A of See combe Lake Park, have been prepared by the Engineering Division, and the project is ready to be advertised for bids. The existing decomposed granite walkways will be removed and concrete walkways installed. Listed below is an estimate of the total project cost: Construction Contract Engineering & Insp. (W.O. #1886) Sub-Total Contingencies (5%)! TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST An amount of $90,908 has been allocated Budget, under Account No. 243-363-57507. Below of these funds: Grant from State Park Construction Fee Fund Community Development Block Grant (Acct. #121-544-5254400000-0036) Total $ 78,200 7,800 $ 86,000 4,300 $ 90,300 in the 1990/91 is a breakdown $ 53,959 26,949 10,000 $ 90,908 The grant from the State requires 30% in matching funds, 5% of which must be non-City funds.
