Property Finance: (U,uJ 10, - Council Notes: 08/06/90 ~J CITY F SAN BERNARDINC. - REl JEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION STAFF REPORT According to established procedures and pursuant to an action taken by Mayor and Common Council on July 16, 1990, Resolution No. 90-314 giving notice inviting bids was adopted relative to the sale of three parcels of property: l5.05-l8lA, l5.05-l8lC, and l5.05-l8lD. On July 18 and July 19, 1990, the Notice Inviting Bids was published in the Sun, and a copy of the above resolution was posted near the door of the Council Chambers. Bid proposal packages were sent out to interested parties in accordance with the above procedures, setting a sealed bid opening date of August 2, 1990 in the conference room on the third floor of City Hall, at 2:00p.m. At that time, no sealed bids were received on any of the three properties. Oral bidding is to be heard at this Council Meeting, with bid increments least $250.00 until completed.
